DCW Team Member Description
An entry-level, fast paced, multi-tasking, customer-focused opportunity at what is widely known as Greenville's best car wash. Compensation starts at $11+ / hour before tips (total hourly compensation often exceeds $20-25 per hour with tips from our generous customers) with rapid promotions available for top performers.
Team Members work across the business, from cashier to detailer.
Prior car wash experience is not necessary, but friendliness and work ethic are extremely important characteristics. All Team Members must constantly exhibit both. Frankly, we can (and are happy to) teach everything else, but demand hustle and kindness at all times.
We eagerly promote from within and hope Team Members become Assistant Managers, Store Managers, and Regional Managers.
